Stay Open miner firmware 2.0.35 Corresponding source -------------------- These binaries were built from: https://github.com/SerpentXSF/StayOpen-Miner-Firmware commit 61f21eff6c223c07d188b0ffe610159347fd86a2 git clone https://github.com/SerpentXSF/StayOpen-Miner-Firmware.git git checkout 61f21eff6c223c07d188b0ffe610159347fd86a2 python tools/build_board.py python tools/make_release.py where is the one named in the filename of the image you have -- bc01 or bc04. They are not interchangeable: the boards do not share an ASIC pinout, and an image flashed to the wrong one boots, serves its interface, detects the chip and never returns a share. Licence ------- GNU General Public License, version 3. The full text is in the LICENSE file published alongside these binaries. Not "version 3 or later". This file said that until 2026-10-17 and it was wrong for the same reason the README was: it claimed a grant the upstream never made. ESP-Miner / AxeOS is GPL-3.0, NOTICE.md records every upstream as GPL-3.0, and LICENSE here is the plain GPL-3.0 text. A fork cannot widen the licence of the code it inherited. This firmware is a fork of ESP-Miner / AxeOS, which is GPL-3.0, by way of the Baichuan/Hammer BC-series vendor firmware. Attribution and the history of what came from where are in NOTICE.md and docs/PROVENANCE.md in the source tree. You are entitled to the complete source for these binaries, to modify it and to redistribute it under the same licence. Everything needed to rebuild them is in the repository above at the commit named; nothing is withheld and no part of the build depends on anything unpublished.
